Cottage Rental Terms and Conditions;

1. DEPOSITS AND BALANCE PAYMENTS
A deposit of 200 Euros is payable at the time of booking and the balance payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences to secure the booking.
2. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your holiday could you please let us know in writing as soon as possible. This may result in the loss of any monies already paid or due unless any income can be generated from re-letting the cottage.
3. TIMES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The cottage will be available from 3pm on the booked day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure, to allow for housekeeping. Generally these times can be varied with prior agreement.
4. LINEN
We supply all bed linen. Please bring your own towels.
5. ELECTRICITY
Electricity is charged by the meter. Please pay the Housekeeper for electricity used.
6. REFUSE
Please place glass bottles, cans, plastic bottles and newspapers in the crates provided for recycling. Only household waste can be placed in the outside bin. In Ireland there is a strict recycling policy and we are charged for waste collection by weight, so your consideration would be appreciated.
7. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
8. PETS
No pets allowed
9. DISCLAIMER
The proprietors, management and employees of Baane Cottage shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act.
In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of Baane Cottage howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of Baane Cottage.
